This last week has been a busy one. Coby went to the Dave Matthew's concert with his brother and we had a baby shower at our house for a friend of Coby's, Nathan, and his wife, Kat on Saturday night. It was fall/Razorback themed shower. Friday evening and Saturday day was spent cleaning and cooking. We served pulled pork sandwiches that Coby smoked, cole slaw, baked beans, potato salad, and pumpkin whoopie pies! We got tons of compliments on the food so I posted links to the great recipes. Coby's brother his family from TN were in town all weekend and since we were busy with the shower and barely got to see them we decided last minute to have everyone (family of 16) over for lunch on Sunday. I had to teach Sunday School so Coby was in charge of preparation which he handled beautifully, of course. Needless to say we were EXHAUSTED by the time everyone left around 2:00 on Sunday. We crawled into bed took and two hour nap, woke up but never got out of the bed. Ha! We laid there the rest of the day and still slept soundly all night. Work hard, play hard, rest hard.
